The name 1129 honors the birthday of our family member, Jordan Munoz—a son, a brother, a CSU-Pueblo wrestler, and a young man whose strength and spirit continue to inspire us every day.

Though Jordan left this world far too soon, his heartbeat is the one that drives ours. He lived with grit, passion, and an unshakable belief in family and community. This restaurant is our way of carrying that forward—one meal, one drink, one gathering at a time.
